Biography
Nancy grew up in New York City, and has worked as a technical support computer specialist for Sun Microsystems (employee #146!), a certified chef, and a graphic and web designer.
Her partner, winegrower Ron Barrett (MSEE) grew up in Columbus, Ohio, moved to Oregon in the mid-70s and grew Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc on his 40+ acres in the Willamette Valley.
They currently own Kinkead Ridge Vineyard and Estate Winery in Ripley Ohio, a historic riverfront town and famous viticultural area in the 1800s. They are revitalizing the grape growing industry in southern Ohio.
